How to purchase a Gift Card
STEP 1
Select a Service, Package or Top Up an amount for an Open Treat to gift. Ensure amount is GHS100.00 and above. Gift cards are valid for 90 days from date of purchase.
STEP 2
For local purchases (For a physical gift card), walk into any branch to buy over the counter. Can pay by cash, Visa & Mobile Money transfer. We can also arrange for delivery at your own cost.
STEP 3
For International purchases, we accept payment via Mobile Money using TransferWise, Paystack, Flutterwave, World Remit, Sendwave or similar app on the following numbers - Vodafone +233 (0) 204 62 62 00 and MTN +233 (0) 242 62 62 00 in the name of Niobe Spa / Kofi Labi. Upon receipt of cleared funds, we can arrange for local collection or delivery at an extra cost for physical gift cards only.
STEP 4
For immediate Online purchases, please scroll down, select your preferred gift card image, select service or package, click on BUY and follow the steps to purchase . You can forward proof of payment to our WhatsApp Number +233 (0) 561 11 00 00 and upon confirmation, the E gift card will be sent by email to the recipient. Use any of the payment options above to complete the purchase and include the gift card pay ref beginning with PAY_ to enable us link your payment to the card.
