What do I do if I've been asked to pay for a service, but I have an unexpired gift card?Ignore the payment request. Enter the gift card code in the Notes section of your booking and inform reception upon arrival.

What should I put as a reference when paying?Use the recipient’s first name and surname initial, the branch abbreviation, and the service date (if space allows).

How do I pay in advance if 100% deposit is required?Click the gold “Payment Options” button found under each service description online. How do I purchase a gift voucher?Purchase an e-gift voucher online via www.niobebeauty.com by following the instructions found here. You may also visit any of our branches to purchase a physical card. For online purchases, please ensure you enter the gift card PAY reference when making payment. Ensure full contact details (full name — not initials, email, and phone number) are accurate for successful processing. To arrange delivery of a physical card, visit or call the nearest branch. Delivery fees apply.

How do I redeem a gift voucher?Visit www.niobebeauty.com or call 0242 426 237 to make a booking and enter the unexpired gift card code in the Notes section. Mention it again upon arrival. We prefer you book online or call us to avoid disappointment during busy periods. Please do not leave it to a few days before attempting to redeem it as our slots fill up quite quickly. We recommend you book at least 2 weeks before expiry, at your preferred branch and time.

Can I transfer a gift card to someone else?Yes, but only the current recipient can make the request (not the purchaser). The transfer must be requested before expiry via WhatsApp to 0561110000.

How do I pay for a digital gift card?Use the payment options listed on our website (Click the gold “Payment Options” button found under each service description online). Always include the reference beginning with PAY_. Ignore any special characters not supported by your network or payment provider. Can a gift card be redeemed at any branch?Yes, if the service is offered at that branch (please check via Our Services page). Please disregard the branch at which the card was purchased

Can I extend an expired gift voucher?Gift cards are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase (not the purchaser’s chosen delivery day). No extensions will be granted once expired. In exceptional circumstances, extensions may be considered within 30 days of expiry. Valid supporting evidence must be submitted via WhatsApp (0561110000) and an additional fee applies.

How can I book for more than one person?Each booking must be made individually as we require personal details for every client. This allows us to log your information in advance and start your service on time. Bookings can be made via our website www.niobebeauty.com or by calling 0242 426 237 / 0302 542 220 during open hours. Please leave a voice message, if prompted.

What if the service or package I want isn't available to book?Some promotional services may not be available online. If so, call your desired branch or email info@niobebeauty.com to book directly.

Can I walk in without a booking?Walk-ins are welcome depending on availability. However, we strongly recommend booking in advance to view available slots and secure your preferred time. Book online or call the numbers above.

Can I book on someone's behalf?Yes! Please enter their details as normal when booking on the website or give their details to the branch when you call to book.

What if I haven't received confirmation for my booking?Confirmation is sent by email and SMS (if a local number is used). If not received within 24 hours of your appointment, please contact the branch you booked with.

SPA ArrivalWe recommend that you arrive at reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow time for your consultation, to be shown to your locker where you will be provided with a bathrobe, slippers and towels to use during your visit. Using the relaxation area before starting your treatment will allow you to reach optimum relaxation and gain the full benefit of your spa experience. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of their scheduled treatment time.

Preparing for your Spa Day!We highly recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure that your preferred time is available. While you can always add extras on the day, the only way to guarantee that you get exactly the treatment you want, exactly when you want it, is to book in advance. Please call us and have everything booked in together. There’s so much to do at our beautiful spa so plan your day and make sure you don’t miss out on anything!
