Etiquette

For the consideration of others, we request that visitors keep noise to a minimum. Children are not allowed at the spa unless they are having a treatment, accompanied by an adult. We ask that you respect other guests’ privacy by speaking softly.

 

Please switch your cellular phones and electronic devices off or to silent mode.

 

Check-in

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to avoid reduced treatment time. A late arrival will result in a shortened treatment to accommodate other guests fairly.

 

Reservations

Advanced booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment for your preferred branch.  Full payment of packages is required at time of booking for confirmed appointment.

 

Special Consideration

For any guest who has high blood pressure, heart condition, is pregnant or any other medical complications is advised to consult their physicians before signing up for any spa services.  Please inform your spa therapist of any existing medical conditions to avoid complications and health problems.  Anyone under the age of 18 must have parental consent for any services.  

 

Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to help us re-schedule your appointment, subject to space and availability.          

Any cancellation with less than 4 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Full charges will be imposed for a “No Show” where payment has been made in advance.

 

Valuables

We recommend that no jewellery be worn at the Spa.  The management and staff accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the Spa premises.

 

Payment

We accept cash, mobile money, PayPal, credit and debit card payment.  Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

 

Refund Policy

Deposits and full payment for services are non-refundable and can be used within 30 days after a booking is not honoured. The unused portion of the service is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for another time, after the extension period of 30 days.

 

Gift Cards

Treat a friend or loved one to an indulgent experience at any branch of your choice. Gift cards are available for purchase at www.niobebeauty.com/gift-card and are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. Please contact our spa receptionist for more details.
